Terms and Conditions


Ordering wine is possible through the e-commerce procedure adding the items in the on-line cart, or consulting our price-list and sending your order via e-mail at info@enotecadellarte.com indicating the type of wine, the number of bottles, eventual requests, your detailed information and the shipping address. Each order has to be reconfirmed by Enoteca dell’Arte via e-mail. Payment is due within 10 days from the confirmation on part of Enoteca dell’Arte. The invoice for the order will be sent via e-mail in pdf. All our offers have to be reconfirmed subject to availability, errors and omissions excepted, excluded sales tax or other taxes that may apply, shipping costs and packaging. The goods remain of Enoteca dell’Arte’s property whatever their location is, till the balance due for the order has been paid.



Payment in full is due within 10 days from the confirmation on part of Enoteca dell’Arte. Longer terms of payment can only apply if specifically requested by the purchaser at the order and if distinctly accepted by the Enoteca dell’Arte at the confirmation of the order. In case of order placed through the cart, the following methods of payment can be used: credit card, paypal, bank wire. No cash on delivery.

In case the customer does not pay within the indicated term, the seller has a right to rescind the contract.

The payments have to be made in full, as in the confirmation order. No reduction will be accepted for the arriving bank wires. The commission due to the bank for the bank wire should be paid in full by the purchaser.

In case the delivery should take longer than guaranteed by the delivery company, no complaints, price reduction and refund request will be accepted, suspending and cancelling the order is not possible.

For all the clauses not specified in the present sales conditions, the Italian Civil Code is in force. 

The place of jurisdiction for an eventual dispute is exclusively the Tribunal of Mondovì (CN) and in case the Tribunal is closed by the authorities, it passes to the Tribunal of Cuneo (CN).


The withdrawal right, in compliance with the Legislative Decree dated May 22nd 1999 no. 185 art. 5 and the Legislative Decree dated January 15th 1992 no. 50, lies in the customer’s right to back out of the contract by returning the purchased products, with a consequent price refund or goods replacement.

The withdrawal right is applied to the physical person who acts for purposes not referable to his eventual carried out professional activity; for this reason the purchases carried out by retailers and companies are excluded from this right.

The withdrawal right can be exercised by sending – within the following 10 days – a written communication to the following address:

The essential condition to exercise the withdrawal right is to return the purchased items in the original preservation state, without removing the original labels, all the items as described in the invoice and in the original packaging (polystyrene and cardboard boxes). The returned items must be accurately packed in order to protect the original covers from any damage, writing or labelling.

All the goods to be returned to the seller, have to be authorized by Enoteca dell’Arte that will send the customer an authorization number. After having received the authorization number, the customer can send the goods back to the following address:

The refund of the sum paid, basing on the original invoice, is sent by bank wire to the Customer’s bank account or by paypal, and generally takes 14 working days from the moment the returned goods have been received and inspected.

The refund does not include transport charges for shipping the goods back to Enoteca dell’Arte.

The withdrawal right is not applicable whereas the purchased goods/bottles had been opened by the customer.


We ship worldwide!

All the bottles are packed for the shipment inside the special polystyrene container that guarantee maintaining the perfect temperature and keep the bottles from breaking. The containers are then packed in the special cardboard boxes.

Enoteca dell’Arte snc collaborates with the reliable delivery companies both for shipping in Italy and abroad. Whereas the shipping is insured, we take all the risks and if the shipping company does something wrong, the purchaser doesn’t suffer the consequences.

Feel free to contact us if you wish to receive a personalized estimate of what a shipping to your country costs. When placing an order, we advise you to choose an insured shipping. Non-insured shipping is at your own risk and no refund will be possible in case of eventual damage during the consignment.


Enoteca dell’Arte guarantees for the exterior state of the bottle and in case there should be any imperfection of the label, capsule or other, this will be communicated to the purchaser, either in written form or by photos.

The quality of the wine contained in the bottle is not guaranteed for and neither is the fact that the wine is drinkable.

In case the customer is not satisfied by the bottles purchased, he can make use of the take-back clause described above. This right is not applicable after the bottle had been opened. No refund can be requested in this case.


Selling alcoholic drinks to a minor (under 18) is illegal by the italian laws. The person who purchases wine from Enoteca dell’Arte declares that at the moment he places the order, he is age 18 or older.
